Covered parking, with pool and jacuzzi just steps away, right on Boca Ciega Bay.

Kitchen has all new appliances, ceiling fan, counter tops, sink and faucet. Oven is glass top and has built in microwave oven above it. Reverse osmosis water filter system. Side-by-side Fridge with icemaker and filtered water.

Master Bedroom has king size bed, ceiling fan and 32" flat screen TV. Living room has 40" Sony flat screen TV on the wall. Second bedroom has king size bed and also has a 32" flat screen TV. Both bedrooms have shower and a bath tub. Laundry front load washer/dryer is in second bathroom.

Beautiful water front ground floor Villa, 2 bedroom, 2 baths. Very clean. Covered parking. The terrace is just feet from the intracoastal waterway. Watch the parade of boats cruise by.

You are just steps from the pool and jacuzzi, which is located right on Boca Ciega Bay.

Kitchen has top-of-the-line appliances, side-by-side fridge with icemaker (filtered), sink has reverse osmosis water filter system, corion counter tops and microwave oven.

Living Room has 35" TV and wonderful water views out the 10' sliders door.
